How do I place an order with Recycled Toys?
You can submit your order by just sending your order, and zip code, to judy@recycledtoys.com.
A note about email: Please note that I do NOT open emails with the subject line of "hi", "hello" or if it is left blank. These are usually spam and they go directly to my trash file.

OK, I've submitted my order, now what?
You will be contacted with availability and shipping cost. If you decide you would like to go ahead with the purchase, PLEASE write to confirm your order so I can put a hold on it.

How long will you hold my order for me?
I hold orders for 7 days, before returning item(s) to active stock.

Can I order multiples of your toys?
Unfortunately since all my toys are vintage, I usually only have one of each. If I have more than one of a particular toy, it will be noted along with the description.

The toy I am going to purchase is a gift. Do you gift wrap?
Sure! For an additional $2.00 (per item) your purchase can be gift wrapped.

I don't live in the USA, may I still purchase your toys?
Unfortunately, I do not currently ship to international addresses. You can order online from anywhere in the world, but you must have a US shipping address.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not produce a paper catalog. Our only catalog is online and is updated several times a week.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, I accept credit card payments through PayPal.com.
Please do not send me your credit card number.
Credit transactions are handled via the PayPal.com web site only.
Also, please note that I cannot ship to an address that has not been verified by Paypal.com.

Who do I send a Paypal payment to?
You can direct payment to judy@recycledtoys.com.

Hey, I live near you. Can I just come pick up my order?
Recycled Toys is an internet based business only and not a brick and mortar establishment; therefore orders cannot be picked up. Thanks for your understanding.

Do your prices include shipping?
No, shipping is added to all purchases.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by total weight of your order and your zip code.

Do you charge a handling fee?
Yes, I charge a mere dollar per transaction.

What about insurance?
Insurance is optional but is required for breakables.
Cost depends on your order's total.

Can I track my package once it's shipped?
Tracking numbers are only available for 2nd day Express Mail but you will receive a confirmation number.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are sent via the USPS to any US state.
